Our people are all surveyed base by brokers, they’re broker qualified leads, they’ve been read the definition of accredited investor: do you make at least 200 thousand a year for the last two years, have you got a million net worth not including your home, have you got experience in managing your personal portfolio? The answer’s yes. Is 25 to 50 thousand a comfortable entry level? The answer’s ‘yes’ and they mail them a private place memorandum. So, to me my model for the last 27 years with an A plus rating by the way, has been to buy that kind of a lead and you know what, there’s a lot of those leads out there. The whole trick is buying something that the West Coast doesn’t have, what we call the Village Bike, OK? So, it’s people that I’ve done business with, people that when they say to me “John, don’t worry I’m not selling to anybody else but you” at least, you have something that’s not a hammered and that’s what we call ‘em, PP Kraemer – the PP stands for private placement, Kraemer stands for the cream of the crop. The other stuff, that West Coast stuff, not to sling mud but United Marketing, Secure capital, Info Fox, village bike – been ridden by everybody – Kentucky fried turkey. I’m not slinging mud, it’s just you know what, there’s so many sales people, it’s the same data that they trade between themselves and I’ll tell you what, it’s just dangerous data because people get pissed off. I’m getting five seven calls every single week because people are not happy with the leads they are getting from those people.

The leads are slowly getting smaller and smaller and smaller, the availability of it. the “do not call” is at an all-time high. Where are we now with “do not call” Andy, 280? 280 million people wanted run a “do not call” 90 percent of the country, I mean I’m surprised that someone hasn’t given exemptions to you poor guys, it’s really really tough. I mean, if I clean out my whole database of the “Do Not Call” and the state “do not calls” and the litigators, maybe I’ve got 50 thousand leads, so you know, that’s really really tough. So, I’m telling you right now, when you’ve done this is long as I have and you’re looking to find accredited investors, what better guy than me? A guy who used to be a closer on the phone, who used to work for a brokerage firm, did many many deals, raised millions of dollars and had my own rules that I purchased leads from.

So, believe me, I know what I’m doing. A thousand dollar minimum at a dollar a piece. The big dogs are $5 a piece, we have some other stuff – real estate leads, their opt-in $2 apiece. We have some opt-in franchise stuff, 100 to 300 thousand and we use that stuff for accredited investors, they checked off the box of accredited investors. So again, we have a nice menu that’s pretty much what we sell other than the numismatic coin and precious metal leads.
