Now, if you’re looking for a partnership and you’re using a Regulation D 504, 505, 506 B as in boy, or the new one- the 506 C as in Charlie, we have those, and those are dynamite. So you have to understand that when you’re asking for ‘accredited real estate investor leads’, what we’re really asking for is people that are willing to invest in real estate through a partnership, a regulation D, and we have ‘em. They have been vetted by a broker-dealer. A matter of fact, we happen to have—many percent of my stuff come from the oil-and-gas industry because there’s that many people out there doing private placements with oil-and-gas.
But there’s very rare that you do find real estate, and we happen to not only have a dynamite real estate client list, a hundred and eighty people that put in $16,000,000, but we also have twenty-four hundred people that were prospected by the same firm- 50,000 minimum qualified. So they’re accredited; they’ve been vetted by the broker-dealer; they’ve been read the definition of an accredited investor; the prospect said yes; they were asked ‘Is $50,000 a comfortable entry level?’; the prospect said yes, and they were mailed a private placement memorandum. Those are a dollar apiece. We do $1000 minimum orders. It’s a dollar apiece, and then for every thousand you spend, we give you a hundred Big Dogs for free, to taste ‘em; eventually you come back, and that’s all you buy is the Big Dogs. Like I said, they’re pricey, but they’re very rare, and they have a lot of money; they’re almost like mini angel investors.
