A file represents ABC Oil and Gas or ABC Real Estate and, depending on the make-up they have of the brokers that are conducting the surveys; that’s where you get the characteristics. Some are better than others. You put ‘em on the floor and one broker loves these and the other broker loves those. Or you sell ‘em to one guy and he just loves em; you sell ‘em to another guy and they don’t like ‘em. You know, it’s like psychological warfare. But let the salesman dictate to you what they like, and by going to those four files, it’s almost impossible not to score. With that twenty-five hundred dollar deal, and for every thousand dollars you spend, you get a hundred Big Dogs. And the Big Dogs are the best leads in the country. Quarter million minimum qualified, and they have at least five million in investible assets. Forget about net worth. At least $5,000,000 in investible assets, and they got that through a survey. Hi, everybody. John Fischer- salesleads.tv. You know, I have a lot of people say, ‘John, I need qualified investor leads.’ You know, a qualified investor lead, what does that mean? As far as I’m concerned, the qualification should be ‘Is he accredited?’ And everyone we sell, 95%, are accredited. They have been vetted; they have been surveyed; they have been asked ‘Do you make at least 200,000 a year? Have you got at least $300,000 combined income? Do you have at least a million net worth, not including your home? Have you got experience managing your personal portfolio?’ They also ask ‘em, ‘Hey, is 25 to $50,000 a comfortable entry level?’ And they say yes, and then they are mailed a private placement memorandum.

So, remember, 95% of everything I sell, the PP Crème, which stands for private placement; crème is the cream of the crop. And then they have names like Lava for real estate, Kush for a marijuana deal, Platinum, Nuke- that’s a favorite one; a brand new one’s STP. We make those names up. But the bottom line is there’s a certain amount of leads in each file, and some people have better luck in certain files than others. So we give you a starter pack- a thousand dollars minimum; if you’re a one-man operation- 250 times 4, plus a hundred Big Dogs. But, you know, investment sales leads is very vague, and I wanna caution you that if you’re doing a private placement, you really need to say ‘I need accredited investment sales leads.’ Be sure you understand that if you’re doing a private placement, they must be accredited investors. And if you’re only asking for ‘investment sales leads’, you know, they may stock guys; they may be 5/ $10,000, but they’re definitely not gonna have a $200,000 income, or they’re not gonna have any sort of a million net worth; they’re not gonna be private placement memorandum recipients. So, yes, we do have investment sales leads, but our people are accredited. Dollar apiece, thousand dollar minimum; for every thousand you spend, you get a hundred Big Dogs. The Big Dogs are qualified for a quarter-million, and they have at least five million in investable assets. Those guys are really good, but only your A salesmen, only your people who really are not afraid to ask to ask for big money should be talking to those. Investor Leads / Investor List

Hi, everybody. My name is John Fischer- salesleads.tv. Investor leads, investor lists. Leads- plural, lists- plural. Leads are many leads. List is many leads. It’s the same exact thing. It’s just two different words for the same thing. And, of course, ‘investor’, you guys all know what an investor is. Again, not my favorite keyword- ‘investor lists’ or even ‘investor leads’. Because, you know what, if you’re doing a private placement, and you don’t specify ‘accredited’, you’re gonna have a problem. I would make sure you specify, ‘Hey, I’m looking for accredited investor lists’ or ‘accredited investor leads’, cuz those guys, the ones we sell, have been surveyed by a broker- dealer. They’ve been read the definition of an accredited investor. They’ve been asked ‘Is 25 to 50,000 a comfortable entry level for a first time investment?’ Is it risk capital? And mailed a private placement memorandum. So, that’s what makes me different than the rest of the country. And, by the way, there’s 500,000 leads out there that, in the last two years, have spoken to a broker-dealer, mailed a private placement memorandum. 300,000 are the Village Bike and, you know what, the Village Bike, they’re just hammered. Anything on the West Coast, Chicago, same names over and over and over again, and I’m telling you, people are getting pissed off. They don’t understand what the word ‘suppression’ is. So don’t be surprised. I get at least, no exaggeration, five clients a month that complain and say ‘These guys keep selling me the same leads over and over and over again.’ Welcome home, Conner. They come to me and we suppress. How can you not suppress against previous orders?

We don’t sell Pennsylvania. We won’t sell you Pennsylvania; it’s the worst state ever. Montana, South Dakota, North Dakota, Hawaii, Alabama. We care about you. Accredited Real Estate Investor Leads

Hi, everybody. My name is John Fischer. Welcome to salesleads.tv. I wanna talk about accredited real estate investor leads. We gotta be careful with the real-estate leads. There’s two…requests that we normally get. One of them is flat-out real-estate leads, and what they’re talking about is people that just wanna buy the whole piece of land. We have people, leads, that will work for that- the Big Dogs; those are a quarter-million minimum, five million in investable assets, and they are very, very much qualified to buy a whole piece of land, so those are pretty good, the Big Dogs. They’re pricey, but they’re really good.

Now, if you’re looking for a partnership and you’re using a Regulation D 504, 505, 506 B as in boy, or the new one- the 506 C as in Charlie, we have those, and those are dynamite. So you have to understand that when you’re asking for ‘accredited real estate investor leads’, what we’re really asking for is people that are willing to invest in real estate through a partnership, a regulation D, and we have ‘em. They have been vetted by a broker-dealer. A matter of fact, we happen to have—many percent of my stuff come from the oil-and-gas industry because there’s that many people out there doing private placements with oil-and-gas.

But there’s very rare that you do find real estate, and we happen to not only have a dynamite real estate client list, a hundred and eighty people that put in $16,000,000, but we also have twenty-four hundred people that were prospected by the same firm- 50,000 minimum qualified. So they’re accredited; they’ve been vetted by the broker-dealer; they’ve been read the definition of an accredited investor; the prospect said yes; they were asked ‘Is $50,000 a comfortable entry level?’; the prospect said yes, and they were mailed a private placement memorandum. Those are a dollar apiece. We do $1000 minimum orders. It’s a dollar apiece, and then for every thousand you spend, we give you a hundred Big Dogs for free, to taste ‘em; eventually you come back, and that’s all you buy is the Big Dogs. Let’s just say precious metal leads, silver, numismatic coin leads, we do it all. An accredited investor is someone who makes 200,000 a year for the last two years, or $300,000 combined, has a million net worth not including his home, has experience in managing his personal portfolio. So if you’re doing any sort of a Reg D 504- a million or less, 505- one to five million, 506- five million plus, crowd funding, or you’re doing the 506 C- that brand new one where you’re allowed to solicit, and you’re looking for accredited investor leads, we have ‘em. The price is $1 each.

Normally, we do twenty five hundred dollar orders; that’s for a 4/5 man operation. 625; we let you taste four different files. Any disconnects, wrong numbers, we replace 2 for 1. Each file has its own characteristics, so I want you to get a feel for ‘em, and you’ll see. Financial Leads

Hi, everybody. John Fischer. Welcome to salesleads.tv. Let’s talk about financial leads. You know, it’s a tough area for me. I’m gonna tell you why. Most financial planners…what they’re looking for is small territory. Their method of operation is to get in their car and go visit the customer, and see ‘em face-to-face. They’re kinda like face-to-face kinda guys. The problem is that I have, maybe, a total of 500,000 accredited investor leads that have been surveyed and mailed a private placement memorandum, 300,000 of what we call the Village Bike (been ridden by everybody); it’s the stuff you buy from my competitors, and I’m not slinging mud. I mean, it’s the Village Bike; they’re getting way too many phone calls. They’re being sold in Illinois…eight guys. They got the two guys in California. I mean those are the ones that when you call up, the guy says, ‘That’s the tenth phone call I got today. Don’t call here no more.’ Now, I’m not saying they’re all bad. And I used to not like selling ‘em, but now I sell ‘em for 7 and a half cents apiece, 50,000 to guys who have dialers; I sell 10,000 at 25¢. If you got a brand new guy, let him cut his teeth on those. I’m not saying you can’t write business off ‘em, but the PP Crème- the stuff that we sell- it’s a lot better results; they’re exclusive to my company, 95/ 90%, and the bottom line is they’re much, much better leads. But when you take those 300,000 out of the formula, and now there’s only 200,000 of my PP Crème- the stuff that I think is like the top-notch stuff. And then you say to me, ‘Hey, I only wanted it certain zip codes’, let alone you say ‘I only want one area code.’ And then you get a SEN number, and that’s 275,000,000 people; 90% of the country is on a SEN number; that’s another story. But, I mean, it’s just very, very tough to do.

Now, if you’re a nice, fat, metropolitan area, I may be able to pull of one deal, maybe two deals. The only complaints I’ve ever had- the people love the leads- the only complaints I ever have is we run out of leads. Also, what happens is I gotta go through those 200,000, which probably represents fifty files, and grab two from that one and one from this one and three from that one, and it’s the most inconsistent file I can give ya. It’s still better than infoUSA or modelled information, zip +4 average, which is 16% accurate. But, again, I have a real tough time with small territory. I need you to expand the territory. I need at least five area codes to do a good job for ya.

So, yes, we could help you out, but I’m man enough to tell ya if I have a limitation, and unless you give me states as opposed to area codes—don’t even ask for zip codes; it’s not gonna work.
