The most popular one these days is a regulation D 506 C, as in Charlie. You don’t have to worry about solicitation. Back in the old days you have to have a 30 day cooling off period, friends and family only now you could just solicit.
It’s not a big deal. But they must be accredited investors and you have to make sure that they are credit investors. And our people are vetted by a broker. They’ve not only been vetted and read the definition of a credit investor, but they’ve also been qualified.
