We maintain a list of 1.4 million such individuals, ensuring they are excluded from our leads. We also scrub against the Do Not Call (DNC) list. If you have a SAN (Subscription Account Number), we’ll scrub your list for you. We’re service providers for the FTC, and if you don’t have a SAN, we can help you get one. If you choose not to, you’ll need to sign an indemnity agreement acknowledging the exposure is yours.
Currently, there are 250 million people on the DNC list. I hope the new administration brings exemptions or adjustments because the current system isn’t sustainable.

One of our core principles is suppression. This means we avoid selling the same leads repeatedly. We maintain a list of all phone numbers we’ve ever sold you. When you purchase new leads, we ensure they are scrubbed against your suppression list to avoid duplicates.
If you don’t trust this process, the standard operating procedure is for you to provide a suppression list. This protects both parties and ensures you get exclusive, fresh leads.
Many competitors don’t offer suppression services, but we take pride in being professionals in this industry. If you value accuracy and integrity, you’ll appreciate the effort we put into maintaining high standards.
We do not sell leads in the following states:
These restrictions are due to specific regulations, compliance issues, or personal preferences. For example, California requires a portal for residents to opt out, and I have no interest in dealing with their regulations.
