hi Everybody. My name is John Fischer. Welcome to Salesweek TV. So what’s a qualified investor? I don’t know. I know what a credit investor is. 200,000 income million that were not including their home experience in managing their own personal portfolio.

I know a Qualified Accredited Investor, quarter million dollars liquid risk capital and at least 5 million in investable assets. The Qualified Accredited Investor is the only lead you could use for a hedge fund and a master private placement.

The Accredited Investor is good for private placement. Memorandums 504 five six. So if you’re looking for qualified investor definition, as far as I’m concerned, I don’t know if there’s anything else I mean, a Qualified Accredited Investor or a credit investor, the two qualifications that I’m aware of.

Other than that, if you have any questions, feel free to call me at 561-239-0364. We sell the big dogs. We got about 8900 big guys, 5 million plus all business to business. These are the owners and they’ve been vetted and qualified to be at least quarter million per unit and to have five 5 million in investable assets.

They’re a buck apiece. And I’ve got about 8900 last time I checked. If you have any questions again, call me. John Fisher, 561-239-0364. Have yourself a beautiful day.
