Makes 200,000 a year for the last two years, million net worth, not including his own experience in managing his personal portfolio.
That’s all I could give you. As far as sophisticated investors are concerned. You have acquired Qualified Accredited Investor quarter million minimum and 5 million investable assets. He’s sophisticated, but as far as having a private placement and just saying to yourself, well, the qualifications are that you must be sophisticated.
That dog don’t hunt. You got to make sure they’re accredited. That’s where the sophistication comes in. And then there’s a litmus test again, 200,000 income million. And that work on including your home experience, managing a personal portfolio.
